How much time will it take?

We typically work in 4-8 hour sessions. The total amount of time for each project will depend and vary based on your space, the amount of content in the space, and the pace at which you’re able to make decisions during the editing/purging stage. We’ll provide you with an estimate after your free consult.


Do I need to be there while you’re organizing or unpacking my home?

Absolutely not! We only ask for your input during the purging process, then our team can take it from there. In fact, most of our clients are either working or relaxing while we do our thing!

Do you or I buy the products?

We handle all of the product sourcing and shopping so you don’t have to figure out what works and what doesn’t.

How much do the products cost?

Products are not a requirement for services, however they typically average an additional 10-25% of the project total and will vary depending on the quality and source of the products. Some retailers we purchase products from include The Container Store, Amazon, Pottery Barn, and Open Spaces. Once Step I of the project is complete, we’ll have a more clear picture of the estimated cost.

What do your services cost?

We create a custom quote based on the scope of the project. This quote covers everything that’s outlined in your proposal. If the scope of the project changes, we will create a new quote based on your wants and needs.

Is my project proposal price final once I sign my agreement?

The total amount may be updated based on adjustments to hours, products purchased, or add-on services if any. If there are any changes, you will be notified prior to the completion of your project. Usually, any adjustments are minor, unless there is a significant change of plans (for example, adding another room or space to be organized after work begins).

When do I pay for my services?

A deposit for services and products is required in order to secure your dates on the calendar. Your final invoice will reflect the remaining balance from the initial proposal + products and any additional services. Deposits are non-refundable.

We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, or Venmo.

Why do you charge a project management fee?

Our project management fee is billed as a flat rate. This fee varies, but typically ranges anywhere from $300-$500 or more depending on the size, scope and complexity of your project. This includes design time, product research, shopping, returns, setting up vendor services, donation drop off, transport and delivery of items, project administration, and emailing clients, etc.
