  • Senior Organizer (on-site) | Part Time | Project Based | $30-$37 HOUR

    The Senior Organizer is the bridge between our Organizers and Lead Organizers. This role combines hands-on organizing with leadership responsibilities. Senior Organizers are trusted to guide team members, oversee assigned zones of a project, and step into client-facing interactions when needed — all while upholding The Haute Suite’s exacting standards.

    OBJECTIVES

    Execute high-level organizing tasks with attention to flow, function, and aesthetics.

    Mentor and support Organizers, providing feedback and direction on-site.

    Oversee specific zones or categories (e.g., kitchen, closets, or entire room sets) within projects.

    Ensure consistency in product usage, labeling, and luxury-level finishing details.

    Step in to answer client questions and provide support when the Lead Organizer is occupied.

    Act as an “acting lead” when required, maintaining project momentum and team focus.

    Uphold and model The Haute Suite’s standards of discretion, professionalism, and client care.

    COMPETENCIES

    Advanced organizing skills with a strong sense of flow, function, and aesthetics

    Ability to guide and mentor team members with professionalism and clarity

    Strong communication skills with both clients and colleagues

    Confidence in overseeing multiple zones within a project

    Attention to detail and commitment to luxury-level standards

    Discretion and professionalism in high-profile client environment.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    2+ years of professional organizing, move management, or related experience.

    Strong design instincts for space flow, product selection, and system implementation.

    Confident communicator with both clients and team members.

    Ability to mentor, delegate, and provide constructive feedback.

    Highly organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure.

    Previous experience in luxury service environments is a plus.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    Able to lift up to 25 lbs on a daily basis.

    Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.

    Able to work a physically demanding job on a regular basis

  • Lead Organizer (on-site) | Part-time | Project Based | $40-$48 hour

    This is a hybrid position that requires regular travel between San Diego and Los Angeles as well as other cities as needed.

    As a Lead Organizer you will plan, manage and execute home organizing projects, including overseeing your organizing team to carryout your plans for the project. Evaluating a client’s current organizing challenge, and developing a plan that honors the clients’ vision, timeline, budget and personality, using the THS Method and process as your guide. Treating each client as an individual with unique needs, values and goals.

    In order to be successful in this role, you will need to truly be passionate about organization, and have a mindset and skill for delivering results through highly efficient processes.

    OBJECTIVES

    Oversee and direct your team members to ensure that the THS Method is being followed, and the most efficient process is carried out on each job

    Working directly with the client 1:1 to fulfill the objectives of the project

    Unpack, sort, edit and organize any and all areas of the interior home of clients (including garages and outdoor storage units or commercial spaces)

    Shop for organizing supplies and products

    Scheduling and coordinating services with outside vendors to fully execute client projects

    Collecting content on every project for use by the marketing department

    Ensuring all the elements of a project have been covered and executed on time, and in the most efficient and cost effective methods available

    Assist in the development of the Organizers who work under your direction to ensure the THS Method is being followed effectively.

    Other duties as assigned

    COMPETENCIES

    Comfortable working in a clients home, outside of an office environment and not a traditional 9 to 5.

    Must be highly efficient using strategic methods and processes

    Flexibility in dealing with ever-changing and fluctuating client schedules and deadlines

    Strong communication skills and ability to listen more than you speak

    Detail oriented is a must (including written & verbally)

    Have a keen eye and appreciation for interior design and creating beautifully organized spaces, not just functional spaces

    Possess a high level of integrity in all areas of work

    Possess a high degree of confidentiality and keeping private details about clients personal information confined within the company and pertinent team members only

    Possess a high level of discretion and not judge or speak poorly of our clients or others while in their home or otherwise

    Ability to possess and further develop highly personalized communication and relationships with clients so they feel seen, heard and respected

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    3+ years professional organizing, move management, or related experience.

    GED or high school diploma preferred.

    Comfortable using and becoming proficient in technology and online apps to manage projects and perform job tasks

    Organizing, editing, sorting and decluttering any room or space in a residential home, including home offices and on occasion, commercial spaces. Treating each client as an individual with unique needs, values and goals.
