Lead Organizer (on-site) | Part-time | Project Based | $28-$40 hour
POSITION SUMMARY
This is a hybrid position that requires regular travel between San Diego and Los Angeles as well as other cities as needed.
As a Lead Organizer you will plan, manage and execute home organizing projects, including overseeing your organizing team to carryout your plans for the project. Evaluating a client’s current organizing challenge, and developing a plan that honors the clients’ vision, timeline, budget and personality, using the THS Method and process as your guide. Treating each client as an individual with unique needs, values and goals.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to truly be passionate about organization, and have a mindset and skill for delivering results through highly efficient processes.

OBJECTIVES
Oversee and direct your team members to ensure that the THS Method is being followed, and the most efficient process is carried out on each job
Working directly with the client 1:1 to fulfill the objectives of the project
Unpack, sort, edit and organize any and all areas of the interior home of clients (including garages and outdoor storage units or commercial spaces)
Shop for organizing supplies and products
Scheduling and coordinating services with outside vendors to fully execute client projects
Collecting content on every project for use by the marketing department
Ensuring all the elements of a project have been covered and executed on time, and in the most efficient and cost effective methods available
Assist in the development of the Organizers who work under your direction to ensure the THS Method is being followed effectively.

COMPETENCIES
Maintain a professional demeanor on all jobs and act as a representation of the THS brand, with its mission, vision and core values in mind
Results oriented - Ability to meet deadlines on a regular basis
Comfortable working in a clients home, outside of an office environment and not a traditional 9 to 5.
Must be highly efficient using strategic methods and processes
Flexibility in dealing with ever-changing and fluctuating client schedules and deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to listen more than you speak
Detail oriented is a must (including written & verbally)
Have a keen eye and appreciation for interior design and creating beautifully organized spaces, not just functional spaces
Possess a high level of integrity in all areas of work
Possess a high degree of confidentiality and keeping private details about clients personal information confined within the company and pertinent team members only
Possess a high level of discretion and not judge or speak poorly of our clients or others while in their home or otherwise
Ability to possess and further develop highly personalized communication and relationships with clients so they feel seen, heard and respected
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
GED or high school diploma preferred.
No professional organizing experience necessary - we provide paid training on our Method and process.
Comfortable using and becoming proficient in technology and online apps to manage projects and perform job tasks
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to lift up to 25 lbs on a daily basis.
Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
Able to work a physically demanding job on a regular basis

Training & Quality Coordinator (hybrid) | Part-time Independent Contractor (1099) | 10-15 hours per week
POSITION SUMMARY
This role is pivotal to scaling The Haute Suite while maintaining impeccable, brand-aligned results. You’ll develop and manage onboarding and training systems for new and current team members, implement quality control processes, and provide feedback that ensures consistency across all client experiences.

OBJECTIVES
1. Create, manage, and refine digital SOPs, checklists, and onboarding materials
2. Build training modules (video, visual, and written) on organizing methods, folding standards, packing/unpacking protocol, and client etiquette
3. Train new organizers virtually or assist in facilitating in-person shadowing
4. Maintain a living “Haute Handbook” and ensure alignment across the team
5. Provide feedback loops to organizers and project leads in a constructive, clear format
6. Flag issues and propose solutions to ensure top-tier execution across all services
7. Spot-check projects post-completion (virtual walk-throughs or reports)
8. Coordinate with Lead Organizer(s) to assess team strengths and identify training gaps
9. Maintain training logs and track organizer performance milestones
10. Communicate directly with the Founder on quality trends, risks, and wins
11. Help implement a 5-star client experience from a back-end process perspective
COMPETENCIES
Experience in training, operations, hospitality, or luxury services
Background in home organizing, moving concierge, or interior design a plus
Prior experience developing or facilitating digital training programs is highly desirable
Exceptionally detail-oriented with aesthetic sensibility and strong visual standards
Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Drive, Canva, Slack, Loom, and other project management or communication platforms
Strong writing and editing skills for creating SOPs, templates, and training documentation
Calm, proactive communicator with a passion for structure, consistency, and elegance
Thrives in remote roles, excels at self-management, and can prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
