How We Work

We work remotely by default. The entire coordination happens by phone, text, video, and email. You don't need to be physically present at either end of the move for most of what we do. We send updates that need a decision and handle everything else ourselves.

We coordinate every vendor across the distance. Cross-country moves involve more parties than a local move — origin movers, transport carriers, destination movers, potentially specialty handlers for art or wine, sometimes international customs. We coordinate all of them as a single project with a single point of contact for you.

We receive belongings on your behalf. For clients who won't be at the destination home when belongings arrive, we're there to receive, direct placement, and begin the setup. Many of our cross-country clients arrive at their new home only after the unpack is complete.
