ABOUT OUR SERVICES
-
Luxury move management is a full-service relocation approach where a single team coordinates every part of your move — planning, packing, moving-day oversight, unpacking, and complete home setup. Unlike traditional movers, who transport belongings from point A to point B, move managers handle the entire transition, including all the work that happens before and after the truck arrives.
-
Moving companies transport your belongings. We manage the entire transition — vetting and coordinating movers, packing strategy, move-day oversight, unpacking, organizing, sourcing products, and the finishing details that make a house feel like a home. Movers handle one piece. We handle all of it.
-
A professional organizer designs systems and organizes belongings in a space, usually in a home you're already settled in. An unpacker empties boxes and places belongings, typically as part of a move. A move manager oversees the entire relocation — coordinating movers, unpackers, organizers, and every other vendor involved — as a single project. The Haute Suite operates primarily as a move manager, with unpacking and organizing included in the service.
-
We provide full-service luxury move management, white-glove unpacking, luxury home organization, concierge relocation, executive relocation, white-glove home setup, and estate relocation throughout San Diego, Los Angeles, and Southern California.
MOVE MANAGEMENT & RELOCATION
-
A move manager orchestrates your entire relocation — from initial planning through final home setup. That includes building the timeline, vetting and coordinating movers, planning packing strategy, overseeing move day, unpacking, organizing the new home, and handling the finishing details. Where a moving company handles one part of the process, a move manager owns the whole thing.
-
We coordinate everything. We vet and schedule trusted moving partners as part of your plan, so you never have to manage them directly. If you'd prefer to bring your own movers, we can also coordinate with a moving company you've already chosen.
-
Yes. We regularly coordinate cross-country and out-of-state relocations, managing the logistics remotely so your move is handled even when you can't be on-site. In many cases, we complete the move and home setup before our client arrives.
-
Yes. We're set up for scale — our team routinely handles complete relocations and unpacks of 5,000+ square foot homes, and we've completed full unpacks of 10,000+ square foot homes in as little as two days with a full team.
-
End-to-end move management typically includes: planning and timeline, vendor vetting and coordination, packing (or packing oversight), move-day execution across every part of the property, unpacking and placement, room-by-room organization and system setup, product sourcing where needed, coordination with designers and other professionals, and a final walkthrough. Every project is quoted specifically to what's involved.
UNPACKING & HOME SETUP
-
Unpacking is the act of emptying boxes and placing belongings. Home setup is the complete process of making a home genuinely ready to live in — including unpacking, organization, systems, finishing touches, and styling. Home setup is the broader umbrella; unpacking is one component of it.
-
No. Once you've walked us through how you want each space to function, our team can handle the entire unpack while you're elsewhere. Many of our clients — especially those relocating from out of state — arrive to a fully unpacked and organized home.
-
It depends on the size of the home and the scope. A well-appointed 2,000–3,000 sq ft home is typically unpacked and set up in one to three days. Larger homes take longer, though a larger team can compress the timeline significantly. We've completed 10,000+ sq ft unpacks in as little as two days.
-
Yes. We source organizational products, containers, drawer inserts, shelving, and custom solutions tailored to your home and belongings. Products are quoted separately from our services, so you see exactly what's being added.
-
Yes. As part of a full unpacking engagement, we break down and recycle all packing materials so you don't inherit a garage full of cardboard. The service is complete when the home is set up — not when the boxes are empty.
-
We coordinate specialty handling for fine art, antiques, wine, pianos, collections, and other valuable belongings — including specialty transport partners and placement expertise when the property requires it.
HOME ORGANIZING
-
Only for the initial decluttering — the sorting and keep/donate/discard decisions that require your input. Once those decisions are made, our team can handle the installation and organization while you're elsewhere.
-
Both. Some clients hire us for a single space that's been bothering them — a closet, a pantry, a garage. Others bring us in for whole-home organizing or ongoing maintenance. We tailor the scope to what you actually need.
-
Yes. We work through belongings alongside you, helping sort what stays and what goes. We never pressure clients to discard belongings, and we're comfortable working at whatever pace the decisions require.
-
Yes. Many of our clients work with us on a recurring basis to maintain, refresh, and adjust home systems over time. This is one of the most popular services among our long-term clients.
-
All of them. Common spaces include kitchens, pantries, closets, bathrooms, garages, home offices, nurseries and playrooms, laundry rooms, and specialty spaces (wine cellars, storage rooms, second homes). If it's part of your home, we can organize it.
WORKING WITH US
-
It begins with a consultation — in person or virtual — to understand your home, timeline, and goals. From there, we build a detailed proposal covering scope and pricing. Once approved, we execute the project: coordinating vendors, packing, moving, unpacking, organizing, and finishing details. Every project ends with a walkthrough to ensure everything meets your standards.
-
We work with a small, trusted core team, expanding with vetted specialists for larger projects. For a typical unpacking or organizing engagement, we send a team of 2–5. For larger relocations or full estate unpacks, we scale up — including teams of 8–10 or more for compressed-timeline projects.
-
Absolutely. We regularly work alongside our clients' designers, stylists, household managers, family offices, estate professionals, and other trusted advisors. We integrate with the team already in place rather than working around it.
-
A small, trusted team. A single point of contact. Communication only through the channels you specify. Nothing about the work becomes a story anywhere else. Discretion is a baseline expectation of every engagement — and for clients whose situation requires additional privacy protections, those can be structured into the engagement.
-
Yes. We regularly work with clients whose situations require an additional level of discretion, including projects structured around NDAs, protected identities, or family-office coordination protocols. Specific arrangements can be discussed during your consultation.
PRICING & BOOKING
-
We create a custom quote for every project based on home size, scope, and the services involved. The proposal covers everything in detail — move management, unpacking, organizing, products, and any specialty coordination. Any change in scope during the project is reflected in a revised quote so there are no surprises.
-
Most engagements are quoted per-project, so pricing reflects the full scope of work rather than the number of hours. Some smaller organizing engagements are priced by session.
-
Every project is different, so there's no single answer — but the framework: larger homes and broader scopes cost more; compressed timelines with larger teams cost more per day; specialty coordination (art, wine, designers, cross-country logistics) adds to the total. Most clients are surprised to find that the total, factoring in the time and stress saved, is less than they expected. Every quote is provided upfront after your consultation.
-
We typically book 2–3 weeks out for smaller projects and 4–6 weeks in advance for larger relocations or estate-level projects. For time-sensitive transitions, please contact us directly — we can often accommodate accelerated timelines when needed.
-
We require a signed agreement and a deposit to hold your project dates. The specifics are detailed in your custom proposal.
-
Yes. Every project begins with a consultation to understand your situation, home, and needs. Consultations can be in person or virtual depending on your preference and location.
-
Yes. We regularly work directly with companies, HR teams, or relocation departments on behalf of executive employees, with billing and communication structured to fit corporate processes.
